1. Company Foundation and Mission

RoWiA GmbH was founded in March 2013. The goal of the company founder, Ralf Gutsmann, was to combine technical expertise, hands-on knowledge transfer and sustainable thinking in the fields of automation and electrical engineering. For more than 10 years, we have successfully supported companies in the commissioning of automated industrial systems as well as the integration of robots into automation processes.

2. Core Competencies

RoWiA GmbH has an interdisciplinary team of highly qualified specialists in the following areas:

  • Robotics: Planning, programming, commissioning and optimization of industrial robots and automated systems.
  • Control Engineering: Development, programming and maintenance of modern PLC, HMI and control systems.
  • Measurement and Control Technology: Refreshing and deepening expertise in measurement, control and regulation technology for industrial applications.
  • Electrical Engineering and Electronics: Planning and implementation of electrical systems, control cabinets, sensors, actuators and electronic assemblies.

6. Qualified Training and Further Education in Electrical Engineering

We support companies in training automation electronics technicians as well as information electronics technicians. With hands-on training concepts and solid technical expertise, we guide trainees on their path to successful professional qualification.

In addition, we offer training for people without prior electrical engineering knowledge to become an Electrically Instructed Person (EIP). This qualification enables employees to behave safely and in compliance with regulations when working around electrical installations.

We also provide training to become a Qualified Electrical Worker for Specific Tasks. This further education program is aimed at people from related professions who are expected to perform clearly defined electrical tasks independently and professionally.

Our training courses are based on current standards and regulations, designed with a strong practical focus and tailored individually to the requirements of your company. This ensures that specialists are not only qualified, but also able to work safely and efficiently.
